SHAS Consultation GST

Please find below a consultation letter for your attention.

We will hold an additional stakeholder meeting to answer questions about the Surrey Hills All Saints consultation. This is because Thursday 30th September is also The Priory School Open Evening, and we understand that many KS2 parents will want to attend this event.

We will therefore offer two identical meetings where the same frequently asked questions will be answered by the GST. You should only attend one meeting.  There is limited capacity, particularly on the Abinger site, and we are mindful of Covid safety measures and the need to reduce overcrowding. Therefore, all attendees will need to sign up via Eventbrite to ensure that numbers are known and manageable. Please note that you will not be able to attend without first pre-booking. We will prioritise current and prospective parents of children in the school, and we will share the questions and answers from the events.  In order that a Frequently Asked Questions response can be prepared beforehand, could you please email any questions you may have to: questions@goodshepherdtrust.org.uk between Monday 20th and Friday 24th September. Even if you cannot attend the meetings, we encourage you to send in any questions you may have.

Please note that the school playgrounds will not be available for parking on either evening so thank you for using alternative parking.
