Badgers Class are incredibly proud of the fabulous artwork they have produced this term.  Learning about space, they were inspired by the work of British artist, Peter Thorpe.  After exploring mark making with chalks and pastels, they then learnt how to create spheres.  This was then applied to a 'space scape'.  Our final piece was created over two weeks.  Firstly, a variety of tools such as sponges and combs, were used to create the background.  Planets were added and then, finally, rockets created (with use of complementary colours to create 3D affect).
