On Wednesday 31st October, years 5 and 6 stepped back in time to wartime Britain.  Some wonderful costumes added to the atmosphere and, during the day, the children learnt about different aspects of wartime.  Portals From the Past brought in many artefacts, uniforms and weaponry; rationing was discussed and we even learnt how to dance The Lambeth Walk!
