On Monday 12^th November at 11am, Rev Tony Berry and Rev Alan Jonas, led Remembrance Services on both our Abinger and Westcott sites, to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the end of WW1. The rain cleared, as the children, many dressed in their scouting and guiding uniforms, stood quietly in the sunshine, to reflect and to remember. At the Westcott site, Rev Jonas led prayers and poems delivered by the children and brought to life the story of Thomas Gatford, a soldier from Westcott who served during the 1^st World War.
