Last week KS1 and KS2 celebrated Science Week. The children participated in lots of hands-on, exciting learning, including interactive workshops, which really got them thinking and a visit from a scientist!
We had a great time when we were visited for the Eco Electricity workshops! It was really creative and hands-on; we found out more ways of making electricity that we didn't know before.
We enjoyed learning about how lemons, potatoes and oranges can actually power different things!
It was an interesting session full of new discoveries!
KS1 children took part in the Bath Bombs and Bubble Bath workshop. This was a great session, the children enjoyed getting stuck in, getting messy and finding out about the science behind some of their favourite things!
